Cannellini beans are popular in regions of Italy, primarily in Tuscan recipes. The cannellini bean is smooth and creamy with a mild, nutty flavor. You might recognize it from the Italian soup pasta e fagioli

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Store dried beans in a cool, dark place for up to 1 year

Soak beans overnight then drain and rinse. For every 1 cup of beans use 4 cups of water. Add to pot so that water is 1-2 inches above beans. For stove cooking, bring to a boil then simmer for 1- 1.5 hours.
