Storage & Cooking

Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Good for 2-3 years

Soak overnight then rinse, cover with water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1.5 hours or until tender

Freezes well for up to 6 months

*note – the water leftover from cooking is called “aquafaba” and can amazingly be whipped like egg whites in baking recipes
