Though naturally a gluten-free food, these oats have also been processed in a gluten-free facility away from wheat products that are typically present. Full of soluble fiber that keeps you feeling full longer as well as protein. Great in baking or oatmeal

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 1 year

Cooking instructions: Bring 2 cups water and pinch of salt to a boil, add 1 cup oats and reduce heat. Cook 10-15 stirring occasionally. Cover and remove from heat, let sit for 1 min
