Quick rolled oats are rolled thinner than regular oats and therefore cook faster, often called “instant oats”. Oats are naturally gluten-free (these oats not processed in gluten-free facility). High in iron and protein, oats can create satiating meals, savory or sweet, that will keep you full. Great for overnight oats with nuts and seeds, breakfast bars, home-made granola and even beauty recipes.

Cooking Instructions & Storage

Store in an airtight container in cool, dark place for up to 1 year

Cooking instructions: Bring 2 cups water and pinch of salt to a boil, add 1 cup oats and reduce heat. Cook 10-15 stirring occasionally. Cover and remove from heat, let sit for 1 min
