Organic Pinto Beans

1 pound = approx 2 cups = approx 6 cups cooked

Popular in Mexican dishes such as refried beans, pinto beans come speckled then turn pinkish when cooked. They are the most commonly consumed bean in the US and for good reason – they’re mild in flavor and texture, adding creaminess to dishes and contain the most fiber of any bean. Enjoy in a vegetarian chili or as a hearty stew
