This attractive blend of long grain brown rice, sweet brown rice, Wehani, black Japonica and select wild rice pieces will create a main or side dish bursting with flavor and texture variations. Gluten-free and high in iron and fiber, this grain can create an elegant meal or a simple salad. Often used in the classic wild rice chicken soup

Storage & Cooking Instructions

Store in an airtight container in the pantry for 1-2 years, in the fridge or freezer for up to 4 years

Cooking instructions: Combine 1 cup rice and 2 cups water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 50 minutes. Remove from heat, keep lid on and steam for another 10 minutes.
